I love to cook.

But it came to a point that the whole family is eating repeatedly what the family loves. On those times, I am not even aware what are the ingredients if is too much calories or too high in fats.

Until, I got sick then my gallbladder removed that finally it hit me to change on the way of my cooking. I decided to cook healthy and try the low-fat diet recipes. It is not only good for me as for my food restrictions but also great for the entire family.

I am not a chef but I do love to cook. Bear with my cooking as I do believe I got many things yet to learn.

What motivates me to have a cooking journal is to be able to come back and organized the recipes that the family would like to try it again without finding and going through the clippings buried in a file.
